Every 2nd Wednesday of the Month beginning March 13, 2013

Dear Friends: 

When playing golf with friends, we often say that we must play more often, but our schedules don’t permit it. However, the truth is that we simply don’t scheduletime to play. As a result, Expect2Win h has created the “Expect2Win Charity Golf Club.” 

This is a casual club with no obligations. Come when you can. We will be meeting every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 2 PM at various golf courses throughout the Inland Empire to play 9 holes. By replying to this invitation expressing your interest, we will send you a re-occurring meeting request that will reserve the second Wednesday of every month on your calendars. Since we live by our calendars, accepting the appointment will truly set aside some “me” time. As we will be playing only 9 holes, it won't wipe out your day and you'll be done at the normal close of business. 

If you received this invitation and you live out of town, please feel free to respond, so you can join us when you’re in the Inland Empire. In fact, you may want to schedule your trip around our outing. Come out to network and/or play with friends. We will be playing a different course every month around the Inland Empire, so all may have a chance to participate. Please forward this email to colleagues, clients, vendors, friends, pros, beginners, etc. 

Expect2Win will collect a $10 donation from you at every event you attend. This contribution will go to our 50/50 drawing at our end of the year official charity tournament in February at Great Golf Course to be announced. 

Here’s how it will work: 

• If interested, reply to this email and we will get the re-occurring meeting reminder out to you.

• Two weeks and one week prior to the next outing, you will receive a reminder email which will include the location, price for 9-holes (to be paid to the golf course), and time.

• YOU must contact the golf course and provide them with your contact information for every event you attend. Expect2Win will not be responsible for registration. 

• In February, we will conclude our year with  Expect2Win Annual Golf Tournament at a location to be Announced. It’s here, that we will draw the winner of the 50/50 drawing. The more you play, the bigger the winnings. The winner will need to be present at the charity tournament.
