EXPECT2WIN 

Is a Non-Profit organization with a goal for our Local Youth to Win.  

Expect to Win will send a clear message about the benefits and advantages its services and programs offer children and families.  The Organization will promote this message using a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes a cohesive grant-writing strategy, sponsorship of events and fundraisers, development of a website, partnering with other local youth organizations, and outreach at local schools and community centers.  Expect to Win intends to use this approach to accomplish the following objectives:

• Establish itself as a trusted organization providing comprehensive enrichment programs for children 
• Build a base of participants large enough to sustain operations
• Award $15,000 in scholarships in Year One
• Live website and profiles in Year One
• Develop new contracts and relationships with other area non-profits
• Dedicated brick-and-mortar location established by Year Two
• Add additional services over time to offer mentoring and additional workshops
